Track Order

Want to know where your order is? Here is how to follow it from our warehouse to your door.

1. Check your shipping confirmation

When your order ships, we send an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days, so this email normally arrives soon after.

2. Check your account

If you placed your order with an account, log in here to see your order history and the latest status of each order.

3. Allow time for updates

Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first update after the label is created. Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days once your order has shipped.

Need help?

If you have not received a shipping email within 3 business days of ordering, or your tracking has not updated for several days, contact us with your order number and we will look into it.
